Every clip in the sizes you pick: 9:16, 4:5, 3:4, 1:1 and 16:9, for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Instagram and YouTube. Kairel follows the pastor as they move and adds captions in the style you pick, your logo, the title and, if you want one, an end card.

Finds the moments for you
Kairel writes down every word of the sermon and looks for the strongest 15 to 60 second moments: complete thoughts, quotable lines, scripture, energy in the voice and the room responding. Each clip starts and ends on a full sentence.
Follows the pastor
The wide shot is reframed to each size and the frame moves smoothly with the pastor as they walk the stage, and resets cleanly on camera cuts.
Captions in eight styles
Pick from eight caption styles, from Bold word by word to Pop, Karaoke and Big word. Each word lights up as the pastor says it, following their pauses, and the captions sit clear of the buttons on Reels and Shorts. Turn on key word highlights or emoji if you want them, or choose No captions for any export.
Your branding
Your logo in a corner, the sermon title as a small faint line along the bottom, and, if you want one, an end card with any mix of a background picture, your logo and text like Watch the full message on YouTube. Each one can be turned off.
You stay in charge
Drag the trim bar or nudge a clip a word at a time, drop the ones you do not want, and export only what you keep. Kairel never posts anything for you.
Scored and searchable
Every clip gets a clip score from 0 to 100, and you can list them by time or by score. Looking for something? Type a topic like forgiveness in Find a clip about and Kairel adds up to three clips about it.
Sermons in 26 languages
Kairel listens for the language on its own, or you can pick one of 26. On macOS 26 it can also translate the captions into another language, right on your Mac.

Ready to post
Export writes the clips you kept to a folder in Documents, ProducerDash, Kairel, named by the sermon title, and shows them in Finder. Nothing is ever overwritten.

Up and running in 5 steps.
Download, install, and sign in
Sign in to your dashboard and download the latest Kairel install file, then double click it and drag it into your Applications folder. On first launch, start your free trial or sign in to your existing account.
Set up your branding
In Settings, choose your logo and its corner, set up an end card if you want one, and pick your caption style and highlight color. They are remembered for next time.
Drop in the recording
Drag in the service recording. Type the sermon title if you want one. You can mark where the sermon starts and ends, or let Kairel find it on its own.
Find Clips
Press Find Clips. Kairel listens, writes down every word, watches for the speaker and picks the five strongest moments.
Review and export
Play each clip, trim the start or end, keep the ones you want, pick captions or no captions, and press Export.
